This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by the Indian Sagh'ic Animist Community or the Sagh'ic Animist Foundation through the site: www.saghicindiacommunity.org.

Our organisation is a not-for-profit organisation that offers workshops, training and resources for the support and guidance of all those who seek it. Everything that we do is guided by the values laid down in our Ethics & Principles and Purpose & Objectives, including the ways in which we collect, protect and use data. As a part of effectively offering this work to the community members and event registrants, we obtain some of their data.

We NEVER collect your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partners only.

  • Demographic information - We may collect demographic information about you, events you like, workshops.events you intend to participate in, tickets you buy, or any other information provided by your during the use of our website. We might collect this as a part of a survey also.

Information collected at Registration of events:

All information collected at registration, is held in strict confidence and is only known to the Registration Team, and all unnecessary information is deleted after the event.

 

Information collected when signing up for Memberships:

All information collected at registration, is held in strict confidence and is only known to the Membership Registration Team.

 

Sharing of information with third-parties:

  • We will share some information with third parties who perform services on our behalf. We share information with vendors who help us manage our online registration process or payment processors. Some vendors may be located outside of India.

  • We may share information with our event organisers. We share your information with event organisers and other parties responsible for fulfilling the promise made by your registration or payment.   • We may share information with our event partners. This includes a third party who support or sponsor an event, or who operates a venue where we hold events. Even if you opt out of getting messages, we will still be sending you transactional messages through email and SMS about any payments or registrations you continue to make.
