Terms & Conditions

​Our organisation is a not-for-profit organisation that offers workshops, training and resources for the support and guidance of all those who seek it. Everything that we do is guided by the values laid down in our Ethics & Principles and Purpose & Objectives.

 

Please refer to the specific pages of workshops and retreats for detailed refund terms, timelines and conditions, and other registration guidelines.

1. Deposits paid for blocking a seat are non-refundable after 28 days of payment

2. Deposits are to be paid within 7 days of registration

3. Registrations are non transferable

4. There will be no refunds for no-shows

5. Refunds will be processed within 30 days

 

All bank charges, intermediary bank charges, and transaction charges will be borne by the applicant. Please ensure the transfer amount includes all the applicable charges.

 

Refund shall be through the same mode as that received by us. A reasonable time is to be allowed for the refund, not exceeding 3 months.

Force Majeure:

In the event that it is impossible or impracticable or illegal for us to proceed with or carry out any program in whole or in part, due to any "act of God", acts or decrees of the government, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, war, strike, demonstrations, lockout, epidemic, pandemic, destruction of its facilities, riot, insurrection, materials unavailability, or any other cause(s) beyond the reasonable control of the Sagh'ic Animist Foundation and as a result thereof if we have to delay, postpone, reschedule, terminate and/or cancel the Program, we will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the registrant in that regard.
